How shopping as a Vegan is not as expensive as one thinks. This video is rough, it was hard using a laptop in a small shop in NYC–my apologies if one gets motion sickness. But you’ll see a Vegan lifestyle is healthy and cheap. I would have added whole grain pasta but I dont have pots and pans because I just moved to NYC,

O yes..Im going to need your help big time…I HAVE to cut out ALL meats…for health reasons mostly but Im just tired of eating unhealthy..and I am on a TIGHT budget when it comes to shopping!!!
(cutting out all meat mostly by choice..but mostly bc I know my health and the health of my kids are @ stake with all that meat and my little one is really having issues)
aww you look so dorky and you make it work … kudos
i tried my best—its hard not to look dorky when you walk in 10 degree whether and then use a laptop that smaller than the shopping cart. I just tried to make one recently down here in Florida with a real camera and got kicked out of all the stores.
people are weird.. they get shy around cameras lol
lol yeah people act really strange around the camera. Some people wanted to get in the video after I told them it was for youtube others got really angry at me and told me “this isnt the way you are supposed to shop” and others just run from it. Yes people are strange.
You shop like I do.
I’m a New York City vegan and I know that the prices are much higher than other cities that I lived in. The good thing about New York is the many fruit & vegetable stands available that can help out with the prices. Where were you shopping at the whole foods on 14th street? When I get enough money I usually grab some vegan hot dogs and the like.
No way Whole Foods is super expensive. I was on some place on the Upper East Side when I first moved here. The fruit and veggie stands are great for prices….I say that at the end of the video. Yeah the veggie hot dogs help, but if I am low on money–its a lot whole wheat pasta dishes.
You ain’t lying about the Whole Foods being expensive. I have a website call Fat Free Vegan. This website is a all in one miracle because it has the low price and the simple recipes that are good for people like you and I who are health conscience and vegan. Please write me back and tell me how you like it.
dang they have some crazzy prices where you live where i live every thing is cheap. omg 4 apples for $2 wow i can get a whole bag for $2
YOU’RE CUTE.
i live in western new york , i spend about $35-40 weekly, on a vegan diet.

try almond milk
Its good stuff brother I make it
dog in the background at the end of the video, what’s that about?
Where do you live? I’ll be there at the end of the week. Lol. It’s so freaking expensive here in FL. It costs like $4 for a small box of cereal.
I live in NYC. I found it less expensive in FL, where I moved from. Publix has some great prices.
Yo ma nigga, i know you. We talked one day but it was real quick. I’m also from the new york.
Nice video man.
we grow goldne raspberries here in alaska we call them akpaq
Hi Kevin…where are you now…you seem to be all over the states hahaha. Are you in Whole Foods?
