There’s a few brands available for vegetarians in the supermarket like morning star farms, boca, amy’s, and others. I’m not sure what area you’re in, but you can get vegetarians options in many restaurants these days such as chili’s… they have a blackbean patty for their hamburgers… hope it’s going well :)

ya its hard, especially if your a pure vegan. how vegetarian are ya? dairy products are a great source of protein, vitamins(especially B12), etc.

beans and brown rice is possibly the BEST combo you can have. they each lack a specific amino acid, but together, its almost as good as any animal protein.

personally though…i eat meat…i just love it. but i still appreiciate vege foods and the benefits of that diet.
