Iron from Red meat is Heme Iron, its the most easily Form of Iron absorbable for human. Its easily absorbable.

IF you mix Vitamin C + the form of Iron will help the absortion

A Meal of Red meat + Brocoli, aspargus would be optimal.

RED MEAT Contain all the Amino Acids.

LISTEN THE PROBLEM IS NOT THE MEAT: Its the SUGAR and the Carbs, that make people fat.

    Wheat,Beans,Soy,Gluten-wheat, Rice, Alll that crap.
